Nick Yonkee has a Master of Science in Business Analytics and Data Science and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics. His previous experience includes lead instructor at an after school math tutoring center and data analyst for an adventure youth summer camp. This is Nick’s fourth year at Elizabeth Academy.
Nick’s favorite Montessori math materials are the Power of 2 and Power of 3 cubes, because they give students a hands on way to grasp exponential growth. His favorite mathematicians are Leonhard Euler, Ada Lovelace, and Alan Turing.
Nick is an avid gamer with a growing collection of board games and trading cards. He performs improv and stand up comedy with a local troupe, and plays in a co-ed sports league year round.
