Sharleis earned her BS in Athletic Training from Brigham Young University and her Physical Therapist Assistant degree from Utah Tech University (formerly Dixie State University). She has experience working with athletes at both the high school and university levels, as well as with people of all ages in an outpatient physical therapy setting.
After taking a “power pause” to stay home with her three daughters, Shar is excited to be re-entering the workforce in a new setting. She believes in the power of movement as medicine and loves helping people of all ages find greater confidence, ability, and joy in moving their bodies. One of the most rewarding parts of her work is watching a child conquer a fear and master a task that once seemed out of reach.
Outside of work, Shar enjoys riding her road bike, playing volleyball, listening to audiobooks, spending time in the mountains, doing puzzles, trying new restaurants, camping, and going on adventures with her kids.
