Parent Teacher Conferences: Your Insightful Journey into Your Child's Progress!

As we gear up for our highly anticipated Parent-Teacher Conferences on February 15th and 16th, we are thrilled to invite you into the enriching world of your child's academic journey. These two days mark a special occasion where our dedicated teachers meticulously prepare to share insights into your child's strengths, ongoing skills development, and address any questions you may have about their progress.

To facilitate meaningful discussions, we will be sending out progress reports a week prior to your scheduled conference. This early access allows you to review and prepare your questions, ensuring a focused and productive session.

During your conference, our teachers have thoughtfully reserved 10 minutes specifically for addressing your questions/concerns. In the event that we are unable to cover everything within this timeframe, fret not! Simply email your questions to your child's teaching team, and they will ensure your concerns are addressed.

To streamline the conference process and make the most of our time together, we would like to share some gentle reminders to ensure a seamless experience:

  • When signing up, please specify if you'll be joining in person or via Zoom.

  • Given the back-to-back schedule, time is of the essence. If you're running late (more than 10 minutes), our team will reach out with alternative time slots.

  • Please note, these dedicated conference days are chosen with care, so kindly make sure to sign up and attend.

  • For virtual participants (Zoom or Google Meet), find a quiet spot with good service.

  • If you'd like to connect specifically with one of the co-directors, send them an email – they're eager to set up a time with you.

We can't wait to share with you all the incredible things your students have been learning. Your active participation in these conferences is a testament to our shared commitment to your child's educational journey.  Looking forward to insightful conversations and celebrating the achievements of our amazing students together!

Celebrating Excellence:
Our MMUN Delegates Shine!

We are overjoyed to share some remarkable news that fills us with immense pride! Our Montessori Model United Nations (MMUN) delegates from both the Primary and Secondary School were recently recognized for their unwavering dedication to peace at the Utah Montessori Conference on January 26th, 2024.

These exceptional students, embodying the spirit of global citizenship, are set to embark on an extraordinary journey to represent our school and community in New York at the end of February. Their hard work and commitment to presenting their position papers at the United Nations in front of a diverse audience of peers from across the globe truly exemplify the ideals of diplomacy, collaboration, and understanding.

This achievement is not only a testament to the outstanding efforts of our students, but also highlights the crucial role played by our dedicated teachers and parents. Your countless hours of support and guidance have been instrumental in preparing these young ambassadors for this unique and enriching experience.

As we send our delegates off to New York, we extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone involved in this journey. Your collective efforts have not only cultivated a sense of global awareness in our students but have also contributed to the broader goal of fostering peace and understanding on a global scale.

We wish you ALL well on this remarkable journey!

What to know about tuition assistance at Elizabeth Academy.

  • Decisions are made during the first two weeks of March.

  • Award letters will be sent to families the week prior to Spring Break.

  • We do not award assistance at the Infant, Toddler, or Early Childhood program levels.

  • To apply for Tuition Assistance, click on the following link: online.factsmgt.com/aid

  • We have a tuition assistance committee that determines awards based on feedback from FACTS on the family’s ability to pay and each family’s particular situation.

  • Tuition assistance awards are based on financial need, and the adjusted gross income threshold to be eligible is generally $100,000 and takes into account tuition and therapy expenses, number of children enrolled, program level, etc.
