Ruby has enjoyed following the Montessori philosophy as a certified Montessori teacher in Early Childhood for over 28 years. She obtained her Montessori certifications through the Montessori World Education Institute (MWEI) and Montessori Educational Foundation (MEF) with Utah Montessori Teachers Education Program (UMTEP). Ruby has additional Early Childhood certifications through the Center for Guided Montessori Studies (CGMS). Ruby captures moments of student joy, wonder, and exploration of the Montessori works through her use of photography in the classroom. Parents enjoy seeing what their children are learning and are able to see the Montessori environment through her lens. Ruby has lived in many countries throughout her life and fostered a love and appreciation for different cultures and languages from an early age. Ruby enjoys reading, watching movies and spending time with her two sons, daughter-in-law, and three beautiful grandchildren. 



Kassandra was raised and born in Salt Lake City, Utah. She joined Garfield School campus staff in 2019 and worked in the Infant/Toddler program before joining the Early Childhood team at Elizabeth Academy. She has over six years of experience as a Teacher, Assistant Teacher and Paraprofessional in childcare and school setting. She is excited to be a part of a Montessori school! It’s always been a passion of her to guide and educate children through early childhood as they are in a developing phase in life of learning new things everyday!

Christina was born and raised in Salt Lake City. She brings four years of experience working with children – as a volunteer helping students learn to read and write and as an After School group leader. She enjoys her role in Early Childhood Education, and is excited to be a part of a Montessori program. She loves building relationships with her students.

During her free time she enjoys dancing, reading, and watching movies. She also loves to travel with her boyfriend to new places.

Fernanda has a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Utah in Gender Studies, History, and Portuguese, and an Infant and Toddler Montessori Certification from the Institute of Guided Studies. She’s been working with Infants and Toddlers in a Montessori school since 2012, and is about to begin her second year at Elizabeth Academy.

Prior to working with Infants and Toddlers, Fernanda spent time working with children with special needs, and in a restaurant for several years. In her spare time, Fernanda loves spending time with her kiddo (Silas), dancing, swimming, and working with plants. She is passionate about Infant and Toddler education and working with families as their tiny humans learn to grow and learn.
