If you apply for the 2023-2024 school year, for our levels that do not currently have space available, your application will be placed into our wait pool for the 2023-2024 year. Once you have completed an application, you will be contacted directly if a potential space is available for your child.

To begin your application for your child at Elizabeth Academy Primary School OR Elizabeth Academy Secondary School, click the button below to sign up for a FACTS account. This link will connect you to FACTS, our school information system. Once you fill out the application form on FACTS, your application will be complete when you pay the $50 application fee.
