Tuition Assistance

Need-Based Tuition Assistance Program

Elizabeth Academy values socio-economic diversity and has a tuition assistance fund available for families with financial need for children ages 3 and up. Current Elizabeth Academy families are given priority for tuition assistance and are strongly encouraged to apply for tuition assistance by the Continuing Enrollment deadline, as we make tuition assistance decisions during the month of March. Funds will not be available for those who miss the deadline. There is no Tuition Assistance available new families.  Our assistance is already allocated to current families.

All inquiries, applications, and supporting documentation with regard to tuition assistance are treated confidentially.

How to Apply for Tuition Assistance

The application for tuition assistance is separate from the application for admission, but the two application cycles do overlap. Interested families should simultaneously complete admission application materials and tuition assistance application materials every year that you are applying for tuition assistance.

Elizabeth Academy uses FACTS Management Company (“FACTS”), to process our tuition assistance applications. To apply for Tuition Assistance, go to https://online.factsmgt.com/Signin/4gzv9 and follow the instructions for completing an application for financial aid, including uploading supporting documentation by February 21st.

How Need is Determined

As is common with many independent schools, tuition assistance awards are decided by our Tuition Assistance Committee based on the financial need information provided by FACTS.

Non-Custodial Parent Requirement

Elizabeth Academy believes that the primary responsibility for educational expenses lies with the child's parents. Therefore, both natural parents must submit financial information in order to establish eligibility for financial aid. If the parents are divorced, separated, or never married, the custodial, non-custodial, or parents sharing joint custody must independently follow all of the financial aid application steps.
