**If you choose to pay the entire annual tuition in one annual payment on or before the first day of school (September 4, 2012), a discount of 5% will be given.

You can also make tuition payments in 12-monthly installments using the FACTS Tuition program.  A yearly $41.00 fee is assessed for this service with payments beginning May 20th and ending April 20th.

Financial assistance is available to those who qualify.  Elizabeth Academy has also been approved by the Carson Smith Scholarship Foundation to receive funds for special needs students who have received a scholarship.

Enrollment Fees:

Application Fee                          $50 (due with application fee, non-refundable)

Materials and Activity Fee         $200 (annual fee covers classroom materials and special activities, due before classes commence)

Commitment Fee                      $300 (to secure your child's placement, non-refundable)
